Registration can be purchased to attend for a single day, a 2-day package
or for the full week.
All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Registration Notes
-
Registrations are strictly not transferable -
with the exception of an Organisation Session Pass
which is fully transferable only amongst staff from
the same organisation.
-
Organisation Session Pass - only available to
organisations to allow staff from the
same organisation to attend on a rotating basis
(ie. tag-team basis).
Pass does not include social functions. Pass
must be shared between staff, lost Passes cannot
be replaced.

Student & Retired Members of the
Australasian
Mycological Society are also eligible for the
Student & Retired rates - proof of AMS
membership should be emailed to conference
organisers at time of registration.

Fee for
"Any 2-Day Package" includes
attendance for any 2 days of choice. Day
selection to be made later but not later than 1 June.
Double Membership Early Bird Special applies to
someone who holds a financial membership with
both the ASM & AMS when registering for the
2-Day Package during the Early Bird period.

A
completed registration must be received by the
conference organisers by the above dates for the
applicable fee to be applied; all invoice terms
are 14 days.

Early Bird Conditions:
Invoice terms are 14 days; overdue Early Bird
registrations will be increased to the Standard Rate
once the Early Bird rate is no longer available.

Changes,
Cancellation - Terms & Conditions
Payment terms for all invoices is strictly 14 days.
Registration is subject to the following Terms &
Conditions:

Cancellations or changes must be made in writing
to the
conference organisers
and are not valid unless an
acknowledgement of receipt has been issued by
the conference organisers.
-
Full refunds are available until 30 April 2010.
(For abstract presenters, refunds in full are
available until 30 May in the event their paper
has not been accepted for presentation.)

There will be no refund or credit issued for
registration, workshop, social function or lunch
ticket cancellations received on or after 1 May
2010 - however you can transfer your
registration to a colleague at no additional
cost.
-
Registration cancellations received on or before
1 May 2010 will incur an Administration Fee of
AU$100.
-
Name changes & transfers can be made until 1
June 2010.
-
"No Shows" are still fully liable for all
payment as invoiced unless notice of
cancellation has been received and acknowledged
by the conference organisers.
-
"No Shows" whose abstract has been published in
the Program & Abstract Book are fully liable for
all fees as invoiced unless notice of
cancellation has been received and acknowledged
by the conference organisers.

Registration fees for abstract submitters must
be fully paid by 15 April 2010, otherwise their
abstract may not be sent for review.
