Overview

Will show how to conduct risk analyses from a very practical view-point.

How to set up RMS, calculate RCA, FTA using Ishikawa, and eg FMEA, FMECA with example spreadsheets, to calculate RPN and action plans.

If you haven’t heard these acronyms before and you’re in the therapeutic work environment, you should attend this course!

The course will include support materials for attendees to take away with them.
